Terms and Conditions for Revision Auto Detail

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Revision Auto Detail. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered
Revision Auto Detail provides the following services:

  • Exterior Detailing 
  • Interior Detailing 
  • Full Detailing 
  • Ceramic Coatings 
  • Paint Protection & Enhancement

3. Pricing
Pricing for our services is variable and depends on both the size of the vehicle and its condition at the time of service. The following conditions may result in additional charges:

  • Excessive Pet Hair: Removal of excessive pet hair will incur a fee starting at $35 and may increase depending on the amount of hair present.
  • Stains: Stains on upholstery or carpets (e.g., food, drink spills) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply based on the severity and type of stain.
  • Mold and Mildew: If mold or mildew is present, we may charge up to $500 depending on the severity. Revision Auto Detail does not take responsibility if the mold returns, as we are limited in how deeply we can clean the vehicle. We also reserve the right to refuse service if mold is deemed extensive.
  • Bodily Fluids: Vehicles with bodily fluids (e.g., vomit, urine) will incur extra charges due to the need for special cleaning products and sanitization procedures. Human blood will NOT be cleaned unless explicitly approved by Revision Auto Detail, as blood is considered a hazardous material (hazmat). Given the potential for infectious diseases, proper handling and disposal of such fluids is crucial.
  • Persistent Odors: Removal of persistent odors will incur a fee starting at $100, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.

We will provide a detailed estimate based on the vehicle’s condition after performing a pre-inspection before service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be conducted at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment price.
  • Rescheduling made in less than 4 hours will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

5. Client Grace Period
Clients have a 15-minute grace period to be present at the appointment location, either in person or ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and ready for work. After this 15-minute period, Revision Auto Detail reserves the right to decide whether to wait longer or to cancel the appointment.

6. Liability for Damages
Revision Auto Detail takes full responsibility for any damages incurred during the detailing process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or for any important items that may be vacuumed up during the detail. A pre-inspection of the vehicle will be conducted prior to service to identify any existing issues.

Clients with older vehicles, display vehicles, or antique/vintage vehicles should be aware that these types of vehicles are more sensitive and may be prone to breakage during the detailing process. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with detailing such vehicles.

While we take the utmost care and utilize professional techniques, some damages may be unavoidable. For example, if your vehicle has existing damage, such as torn fabric on a seat, cleaning that area may exacerbate the tear. Additionally, if there is exposed metal already exhibiting rust, the rust may continue to spread despite our best efforts, and we are unable to control this progression.

7. Client Satisfaction
Clients have 24 hours from the completion of the service to notify Revision Auto Detail if they are dissatisfied with the work, if an item was missed, or if any damage has occurred. After this period, no refunds or rework will be provided.

8. Payment Methods
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. We do not accept credit cards.

9. Age Restrictions
Customers must be 18 years or older to book our services. Minors aged 16 and 17 must have their appointment booked by a parent or guardian.

10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicle before the appointment. This includes:

  • Emptying the vehicle of important, personal, or private belongings.
  • Removing large objects such as strollers or child car seats.
  • Ensuring the car is in the designated detailing area.
  • If the customer will not be present, the vehicle must be accessible and unlocked.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of the State of Illinois.

12. Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept private and confidential. We do not share customer information with third parties.

13. Amendments
Revision Auto Detail reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes as they arise.

15. Promotional Discount

  • Promotional Offers & Discounts Policy
  • From time to time, Revision Auto LLC may offer promotional discounts, coupons, or limited-time offers (“Promotions”). All Promotions are subject to the following terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Eligible Services
  • Promotions apply only to interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detail services.
  • Maintenance plans, subscriptions, recurring services, memberships, and prepaid packages are expressly excluded from all Promotions.
  • Discount Application
  • Promotional discounts are applied after service completion at checkout.
  • Due to payment processor limitations, discounts may not appear at the time of booking.
  • The final discounted amount is determined and applied by Revision Auto LLC at checkout.
  • Usage Limits
  • Promotions are limited to one (1) use per household unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions cannot be stacked with any other discounts, promotions, referral credits, gift card promotions, maintenance pricing, or special offers.
  • Vehicle Condition & Service Scope
  • All services are subject to on-site inspection.
  • If a vehicle’s condition exceeds the scope of the selected service, an upgrade may be required.
  • Promotional pricing applies only to the base eligible service and does not apply to required upgrades, condition-based add-ons, or specialty services.
  • Bundled Services
  • Bundle pricing or bundled discounts are offered solely at the discretion of Revision Auto LLC and are not guaranteed.
  • Availability & Discretion
  • Promotions are subject to availability and may be limited by service type, vehicle size, vehicle condition, location, weather, or operational capacity.
  • Revision Auto LLC reserves the right to decline any Promotion or refuse service at its sole discretion.
  • No Cash Value
  • Promotions have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refunds.
  • Modification or Termination
  • Revision Auto LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Agreement
  • By booking or completing a service during a promotional period, the customer agrees to all Revision Auto LLC service terms, policies, on-site authorizations, and acknowledgments.
