(Revision Auto Detail)
These Terms & Policies apply to all services provided by Revision Auto Detail. By booking, paying a deposit, or receiving service, you agree to the following.
DEPOSITS & BOOKING CONFIRMATION
- A 20%–25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the selected service.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Failure to complete required intake forms may result in appointment cancellation.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW & VEHICLE UNAVAILABILITY
- A no-call / no-show occurs when a client:
- Does not appear for the scheduled appointment, or
- Does not provide access to the vehicle, or
- Fails to communicate, and the vehicle remains unavailable 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- In these cases, the deposit is non-refundable and the appointment is considered forfeited.
Mobile service time is reserved exclusively for your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made before the stated cancellation window provided at booking.
- Requests made after the cancellation window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or reschedules but may be applied to a future booking only at our discretion.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
- A brief grace period may be allowed at our discretion.
- Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in:
- Reduced service scope, or
- Appointment cancellation with deposit forfeiture.
Service time will not be extended due to client delays.
PAYMENT & COMPLETION
- Remaining balances are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Deposits are not refunds; they reserve time and resources for your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
- Services are labor- and time-based.
- No refunds are issued for completed services.
- Dissatisfaction related to vehicle condition, material limitations, or disclosed service limits does not qualify for a refund.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
- Initiating a chargeback for a completed service or forfeited deposit violates agreed terms.
- Documentation including intake acknowledgments, photos, videos, and signed authorizations may be used to contest disputes.
- Clients who initiate chargebacks may be restricted from future service.
WEATHER & MOBILE SERVICE CONDITIONS
- As a mobile service, weather and site conditions may affect service feasibility.
- Revision Auto Detail reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Revision Auto Detail reserves the right to decline or stop service if:
- Vehicle condition exceeds scope
- Undisclosed issues are discovered
- Safety, access, or policy violations occur
FINAL NOTE
These policies exist to protect service quality, scheduled time, and fairness to all clients. Clear policies allow us to provide consistent, professional service without rushed or incomplete work.
