Intake Form Service acknowledgement

SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

(Applies to All Services)

Before any service is performed, clients are required to review and acknowledge the following. These acknowledgments exist to ensure clear expectations, protect your vehicle, and prevent misunderstandings on service day.

CONDITION-BASED SERVICES

All services are condition-based, not flat or guaranteed.

Service levels are selected based on the vehicle’s actual condition at the time of service. If the vehicle exceeds the scope of the selected service, the service may be upgraded, rescheduled, or declined.

This ensures the correct level of work is performed and prevents rushed or incomplete results.

NO GUARANTEES OF PERFECT RESULTS

Detailing improves appearance — it does not guarantee perfection.

Some stains, odors, scratches, wear, or defects may not be fully removable due to:

  • Material type
  • Age and prior wear
  • Previous damage or neglect

Results vary from vehicle to vehicle. Perfection or like-new results are not guaranteed.

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE & WEAR

Detailing may reveal pre-existing damage that was not previously visible.

This can include:

  • Scratches or scuffs
  • Cracked or peeling trim
  • Torn or worn upholstery
  • Faded or weakened materials

Revision Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, material failure, or wear related to age or condition.

DOCUMENTATION BEFORE SERVICE

Photos and videos are taken before service begins to document vehicle condition.

This documentation protects both the client and the service provider by establishing a clear record of condition prior to work being performed.

SCOPE LIMITS & TIME CONSTRAINTS

Each service has defined limits and time caps.

Work is performed within those limits to ensure consistency, safety, and fairness. Services do not include unlimited time, repeated attempts, or work outside the defined scope.

If additional work is required, it must be approved separately.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)

Maintenance services are designed for upkeep, not deep cleaning or restoration.

Vehicles must meet eligibility standards to enroll and remain enrolled in maintenance plans. If eligibility is lost, a reset service may be required before maintenance can continue.

Maintenance plans are reviewed regularly and are not guaranteed indefinitely.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR STOP SERVICE

Revision Auto Detail reserves the right to:

  • Decline service if conditions exceed scope
  • Stop service if undisclosed issues are discovered
  • Require service adjustments for safety or quality reasons

This policy exists to protect vehicle integrity and service standards.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during intake
  • Disclosing known issues or concerns
  • Reviewing service descriptions before booking

Failure to disclose vehicle condition may result in service changes or refusal.

FINAL NOTE

These acknowledgments are not meant to complicate the process — they exist to ensure transparency, protect your vehicle, and deliver consistent, professional results.

If a vehicle falls outside the scope of a selected service, we will be upfront and guide you to the appropriate option.
